Michenuels restored oak staircases for Taylor Wimpey Homes North in Yeomans Ave, Herts AL5. The staircases, affected by black burn marks from plaster, were heavily scraped and sanded. Oxalic acid was applied to eliminate all staining. The staircases were then re-sprayed with a semi-matt finish, restoring their natural beauty and ensuring a durable, elegant appearance suited for the new development.
