Oak 5ft circular period dining table, has seen better times, damaged where rolled along course floors, veneer lifted and missing all around the edges, German black oak veneer, was sourced to cut and piece in where necessary ¾’s of the table edge had to be replaced, matched perfectly, the centre was also lifting and damaged, this was cut out and raplaced also, then chemically stripped, neutralized, sanded all round for staining, sealed and grain filled and finished with several coats of bar top lacquer, which has a high viscocity and hard wearing for spills.

This project took 4 weeks to complete.
